## Tools
- ofac_check (free): FREE. Screen one person/company/vessel name against the OFAC SDN list (with aliases). Best 3 matches with score.
- batch_screen (Pro): PRO. Screen up to 200 names at once with adjustable threshold; audit-ready output with list version and timestamp.
- program_list (Pro): PRO. SDN entries by sanctions program code (e.g. RUSSIA-EO14024, IRAN, SDGT, CYBER2).

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-sanctions-screen-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-sanctions-screen-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-sanctions-screen-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
